• Credit Rollover: If a member doesn't use their monthly credit within the current month, it will automatically be carried over to the next month. As long as a membership remains active, credits will remain valid and will not expire.
• Remaining Credits After Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your membership, you will still have access to any unused $89 monthly credits and can redeem them for up to two years.  However, as you will no longer be an active member, you won't be eligible for the discounted prices on services. Instead, any unused spa membership funds can be applied toward services at their full price.  After two years from the cancellation date, any unused credits will expire.  Please note that unused credit funds are non-refundable.

Yes, you can absolutely use your monthly credit toward different services!  You have the flexibility to use your monthly credit beyond the 60 minute Swedish Massage, Fresh Start Facial, Foot & Arm Ritual, or Beneficial Back Treatment.  If you're interested in a longer 90 minute session or wish to enjoy a different service, such as a seasonal treatment, you're welcome to do so.  You'll benefit from your discounted VIP rate on the selected service, apply your $89 monthly credit, and simply pay any remaining balance.

Flexible Scheduling Options

Credit Rollover:  If you find it easier to visit the spa every 2 or 3 months, you can take advantage of the membership's flexibility.  Here's how it works:

• Two- Month Plan:  If you prefer to visit every two months, any unused credit from the first month will roll over to the second month.  In the second month, you'll receive a new credit.  This allows you to use both credits at once for two services, creating a luxurious spa day every other month.
• Three-Month Plan:  Similarly, if a three-month interval suits you better, you can accumulate three credits over that period.  By the third month, you'll have enough credits to enjoy three different services, giving you a truly pampering spa experience.

The Monthly Guest Pass allows members to bring a friend or relative along for a spa day once a month.  With this pass, your guest enjoys a 15% discount on their services and any add-ons.  To qualify for this discount, the member must also be present and receiving services at the same time as their guest.

Please note that the Guest Pass benefits are not applicable for large group gatherings like spa parties.  The benefits can only be extended to one or two guests per visit.

• Pause Option:  Yes, members can pause their membership which allows them to temporarily suspend their membership payments once per year for up to three months. During this pause period, the $89 monthly membership fee will not be charged.
• Benefits During a Membership Pause: While your membership is paused, you can still utilize any accumulated and unused $89 credits. These credits can be applied towards discounted services and add-ons.  Additionally, you can continue to enjoy your 10% discount on retail purchases.
• Limitations for Non-Active Members: Please note that as a non-active member, you will not be eligible to receive or offer monthly guest passes.

• Notice Requirement:  New members are obligated to make two monthly payments, after which they have the flexibility to cancel whenever they wish.  To initiate the cancellation process, members are required to provide a 14-day notice. This notice period allows us to process the request and ensures a smooth transition. To cancel a membership, please contact the spa by calling 214-484-4714.
